How I Created A Digital Course That Made $3464.72/mo

Hello to today’s edition!

A lot of people talk about selling digital courses online.

"It's a great passive income stream that makes money while you sleep!"

Yes, partly true.

You know what I've learned from selling courses? It actually requires more active selling than people think.

So yes - the automations can be set up so that someone can buy in the middle of the night or at any time.

But the content creation required to drive people into the funnel is constant work.

There are a lot of steps needed to get to make constant sales.

If your evergreen funnel and content strategy sucks, nobody is going to buy it.

Here are a few step by steps that I used to build my course:

• I launched a coaching offer FIRST, so that I was already familiar with the market's pain points and ICP's

• I repurposed the coaching curriculum into a self study course, so I KNEW that the actual curriculum would work and was in demand

• I pre-sold the course through a live webinar at a cheap price, so I wouldn't have to spend 100+ hours filming videos without knowing if people would buy

• I used multiple traffic sources to drive demand towards the course (email list, SEO, content, IG stories)

• I tested multiple versions of the evergreen webinar at different price points to find the "sticky point" of pricing (this is very important)

• I monitored my evergreen funnel like a hawk in the beginning stages

• I reiterated the course with feedback to make it better and better

I will be the last person in the world to tell you that you can "just create a digital course and become a millionaire".
