I am a big believer that Youtube is one of the biggest opportunities in 2025.

Yes, I may be a biased. After all, Youtube has changed my life.

However, there is a reason why all of the biggest names (think Hormozis and Codie Sanchez) have focused on Youtube and built media teams to grow their Youtube channels.

There are two key routes when it goes to Youtube.

The first is the influencer route, which is to get as many subscribers and views as possible (think Mr. Beast)

The second is the business route, which is to create content that feeds leads into your business.

The faster route to money is the second route, but the first route is the best for personal branding.

I have personally spent two years learning and testing various strategies for the Youtube funnel.

Whether you are selling direct to consumer or to other businesses, this strategy will be applicable to you.
